Ordering from Shockwarehouse Outside the United States

Shockwarehouse ships suspension parts to customers around the world — including Canada, Australia, Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond. If you're ordering from outside the United States, here's what you need to know before placing your order.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on Shockwarehouse.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank or credit card company will handle the currency conversion at the time of purchase based on their current exchange rate.

Tip: Check with your bank about any international transaction fees that may apply.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using major carriers. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. International shipping rates will be shown during checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by destination. International shipments typically take longer than domestic orders — plan for additional transit time beyond what you'd expect for a U.S. delivery.
  • Tracking is provided for international shipments so you can monitor your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost shown at checkout.

  • You are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country — check with your local customs office if you're unsure what fees may apply.
  • Shockwarehouse has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

Important: International Orders Are Final

This is the most important thing to know: International orders are final and cannot be returned.

Because of the complexity and cost of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States. Before you place your order, please take these steps:

  • Double-check your part numbers — use our fitment tools on the product page to verify the parts match your vehicle's year, make, model, and submodel.
  • Verify your vehicle details — confirm your drivetrain (2WD, 4WD, AWD), suspension type (standard, electronic, air), and any modifications.
  • Review the product specifications — check dimensions, mounting style, and included hardware to ensure compatibility.
  • Contact us before ordering if you're unsure — our team can help verify fitment before you purchase.

For detailed guidance on verifying fitment, see our article: How to Verify Suspension Part Fitment Before You Order.

Special Orders and Non-Stock Items

Some parts may need to be special-ordered from the manufacturer. For international customers, please note:

  • Non-stock items that are cancelled before international shipment may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Special orders may have longer lead times — we'll let you know the estimated availability when you order.
  • If you need a part that's not listed on our website, visit our Special Orders page to submit a request.

Canadian Customers

We regularly ship to Canada. A few notes for our Canadian customers:

  • Prices on the website are displayed in USD. Your payment will be converted to Canadian dollars by your bank at the current exchange rate.
  • Canadian shipments may be subject to GST/HST and customs brokerage fees at the border.
  • The same no-returns policy applies to Canadian orders — please verify fitment carefully before purchasing.
